Terms and Conditions

Speakers / Presenters / Panellists herin referred to as ‘Presenters’.
Presenters accepted in the Summit program are required to register and pay for their ticket by 1 May 2024. The SEGRA Foundation reserves the right to allocate your time slot to another presenter if you have not confirmed your attendance.
The SEGRA Foundation reserves the right to amend the title of your presentation or workshop.
The SEGRA Foundation reserves the right to amend the event program at any time.
If you are unable to attend you are welcome to provide another representative to present on your behalf, subject to the Foundation’s approval.
Presenters are required to provide their presentation materials 7 days prior to the Summit in a format requested by the Foundation.
The Foundation will record presentations and has the sole right for the presentation. The Presenter shall not have any rights to any fees, royalties or payments but can have access to the recording.
Presenters receive 20% off on their Summit ticket, code provided when SEGRA confirm Presenters speaking spot.
