International Keynote Sponsor
As an international keynote sponsor, you are enabling the funding of an global expert in the field of regional economic development to travel to Australia and present a keynote address. This support would cover travel, accommodation and speaker fees. Cost $22,000 (including GST).
National Keynote Sponsor
As a national keynote sponsor, you are enabling the funding on a national expert in the field of regional economic development to travel to SEGRA and present a keynote address. This support would cover travel, accommodation and speaker fees. Cost $15,125 including GST.
Function and Specific Program Sponsorship
This includes:
- hosting a conference lunch or evening function (welcome cocktails, offical conference dinner and networking dinner);
- hosting a VIP function or private briefing session;
- sponsoring a workshop or Communiqué; and
- Sponsoring entertainment or themeing of a function.
Specific function sponsorship starts from $2,750 including GST.
Private Cocktail Function
This is a 1.5 hour function for invited guests. There is a five to seven minute speaking opportunity depending on sponsorship level. Fully sponsored event (including provision of food, beverage and AV) Cost $2,750 (including GST).
Welcome Cocktails Sponsor
This is a 1.5 hour function with delegates opting into this event. There is a five to seven minute speaking opportunity depending on sponsorship level. Fully sponsored event (including provision of food, beverage and AV) Cost $2,750 including GST.
Breakfast Sponsor
The Sponsor is recognised as the host of the Breakfast on the day selected as well as the opportunity to present a breakfast address to delegates for 15 minutes maximum. Cost $5,500 including GST.
Lunch Sponsor
The Sponsor is recognised as the host of the Lunch on the day selected as well as the opportunity to present a lunch address to delegates for 15 minutes maximum. Cost $5,500 including GST.
Networking Dinner Sponsor
This is a 4 hour function with delegates opting into the event. You will receive recognition as the sponsor for the dinner, receive the opportunity to place display signage and logos in the function room as well as the opportunity to address the delegates for five to seven minutes. Cost $5,500 including GST.
Conference Dinner Sponsor
This is a 4 hour function with delegates opting into the event. You will receive recognition as the sponsor for the dinner, receive the opportunity to place display signage and logos in the function room as well as the opportunity to address the delegates for five to seven minutes. Cost $8,250 including GST.

As a sponsor of a half day or full day workshop on Day 3 of SEGRA you have the opportunity to provide your input on speakers and help design the agenda and program. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your organisation’s specialist capacity and leadership on an aspect of regional development. Cost Half Day $9,900 including GST and Full Day $19,250 including GST
Study Tour Sponsor
As a sponsor of a study tour, you will receive recognition as sponsor in all collateral as well as input into the coordination of the field trip. Cost $4,550 including GST.
Sponsor of the SEGRA Communiqué: speaking up for regional Australia
Each year SEGRA produces a reflection on the SEGRA conference themes, issues and action agendas to shape the national agenda. This document is 7-10 pages in length. The writing and dissemination Cost $9,900 including GST with logo recognition.
Display Space in the SEGRA Regional Expo
Promote your organisation or product during SEGRA. Numbers are limited so that your company has a real opportunity to stand out from the crowd.

Program Advertisement
Advertise in the program booklet received by all SEGRA Conference delegates. A variety of options are available ranging from logo placement to full page advertisements. Colour artwork is to be supplied by the sponsor to specifications provided by the SEGRA Secretariat.

Registration Brochure Advertisement
Promotional flyer provided by the sponsor to be included with the mail out of registration brochures for the SEGRA Conference. Our database reaches over 18,000 people. Cost: $3,850 subject to weight of insert.
Footprint Floor Graphics
This is an opportunity for your company to have giant graphics cut into the shape of footprints leading delegates into the function or conference room. Full colour floor graphics 1m X 0.5m approx. $350 per floor graphics. One colour artwork to be supplied by the sponsor to specifications provided by the SEGRA Secretariat.
