Conversation 11 Webinar, Improving Collaboration in the Rebuild Process - A Conversation for Regional Australia about COVID-19
SEGRA has set up a series of webinars called “A Conversation for Regional Australia about COVID-19” as a forum for those who live, work and invest in regional, rural and remote Australia. The goal of the webinars is to enable regions to get a greater understanding of the issues and pool their ideas and initiatives to ride out the storm. Impacts will be felt across health, the broader economy, education, business, lifestyle and our social fabric.
As budgets become even more stretched, we’ll need to do more with less and effective collaborations between people, organisations and across sectors will be critical to the task.
In this webinar we hear from two people instrumental in driving systems change in regional NSW, bringing together private, public and social sector interests to solve problems faced by the local community in a win-win way. The methods they used are universally applicable to all collaborative situations, and we’ll be unpacking them so that you can improve outcomes in your area.
Webinar 11 speakers:
- Kate Charters, Chair, SEGRA
- Robert Prestipino, Principal, Vital Places
- Phil Preston, Collaboration Expert and author of Connecting Profit With Purpose
- Donna Argus, Manager at NSW Ageing and Disability Commission, and Disaster Welfare Area Coordinator
